Role Description The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring CSR strategies and programs aligned with Indbharat Global Foundation values and CSR objectives.

The CSR Manager will design initiatives in areas such as community development, financial literacy, sustainability, and employee volunteering, and will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to execute these programs. Daily tasks include conducting impact assessments, managing CSR budgets and timelines, preparing reports for leadership and regulatory requirements, and communicating program outcomes to stakeholders. The role also involves engaging employees in CSR activities, organizing events, and ensuring compliance with relevant CSR laws and guidelines.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Corporate Social Responsibility knowledge, including CSR strategy development and familiarity with relevant regulations and best practices.




Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills and the ability to use data and metrics to assess impact, prepare reports, and support decision-making.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including stakeholder communication, presentation abilities, and clear business writing.
Candidates should possess effective Project Management skills, including planning, budgeting, coordination with cross-functional teams, and meeting deadlines.
Candidates should possess Employee Engagement skills, with experience designing and promoting volunteering initiatives and internal awareness campaigns.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in social work, business, sustainability, public policy, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.
