Job Title : Process Engineer -WET Etch
Location - Dholera

Job Summary:
Lead the process transfer & development, optimization, and troubleshooting. Drives yield and cost improvement projects, mentor team members and standardizes best practices across operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Support equipment and process audits, process document updates.
Investigate and resolve process deviations using structured problem-solving.
Lead advanced process transfer & development, optimization, qualification, and troubleshooting. Define control strategies for yield and reliability.
Solve complex process issues using 8D, fishbone and 5 whys methos, FEMA. Drive cross-functional yield improvement and cost reduction methods.
Mentor junior process engineers, standardize process best practices.



Ensure compliance with safety and EHS across process operations.

Qualifications & Experiences:
Bachelor of Engineering or Master of Engineering or PhD.
5+ Years of relevant WET etch experience.
Robust leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Demonstrated expertise with structured problem-solving methods (8D, Fishbone, 5 Whys, FMEA).

Skills:
Yield Impact & DOE Execution.
Familiar with process documentation and safety protocols.
Process Transfer Success rate.
Basic understanding of semiconductor processes.
Mentorship to Juniors.
