We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented US Tax Accountant to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for CA Freshers or CA Inter candidates who are interested in building a career in US Accounting and Taxation. The candidate will support tax compliance, accounting operations, financial reporting, and bookkeeping activities while working closely with senior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Taxation Responsibilities
Assist in preparing federal and state tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and LLCs.
Support tax compliance activities as per IRS regulations and US tax laws.
Assist in preparing tax working papers, schedules, and supporting documentation.
Help in sales tax, payroll tax, and other indirect tax filings.
Conduct basic tax research and maintain updated knowledge of US taxation regulations.
Support in responding to tax notices and audit-related documentation.

Accounting Responsibilities
Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger records.
Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.




Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Support preparation of financial statements and management reports.
Handle bookkeeping activities using accounting software such as QuickBooks or NetSuite.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
Support budgeting, reporting, and financial data analysis activities.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting entries and records.
Coordinate with internal teams for financial and accounting requirements.

Required Qualifications
CA Fresher / CA Inter / Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and taxation concepts.
Interest in US Accounting and US Taxation.
Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software is preferred.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Solid attention to detail and willingness to learn.
