Your Role And Responsibilities
Project Governance & Planning
Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities.
Ensure compliance with organizational project management methodologies and governance standards.
Monitor project milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Conduct project health checks and governance reviews.
Reporting & Dashboard Management
Prepare and maintain project status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
Track key project metrics, KPIs, budget utilization, and resource allocation.
Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Analyze project performance and highlight potential risks or deviations.
Risk & Issue Management
Maintain project risk and issue registers.
Track mitigation plans and follow up on action items.
Escalate critical risks and project concerns appropriately.
Financial Management
Track project budgets, invoices, purchase orders, and forecasts.
Monitor project spend against approved budgets.
Support financial reconciliation and reporting activities.
Resource & Capacity Management
Monitor resource allocation and utilization across projects.
Coordinate with functional managers to address resource requirements.
Maintain resource planning and capacity reports.
