ABOUT JOB

We are looking for an Associate-level Technical Writer to independently own the
creation of project documentation across the client delivery lifecycle- design
review documents (PDR/CDR), project reports, delivery and handover
documentation, product manuals, and SOPs. Working with our client delivery and
project management teams, you will collaborate closely with engineering,
product, and project teams to produce documentation that is technically
accurate, clear, and aligned with client and program requirements. This is a
delivery-focused role, not a sales or proposal-writing one.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATION

* Bachelor's/master’s degree in engineering or related field.

* 2-3+ years of experience in technical writing, project documentation, or
programmatic/government documentation (experience with defence, aerospace,
space-tech, or deep-tech industries strongly preferred).

* Demonstrated experience producing project or technical documentation- design
documents, reports, manuals, or SOPs, ideally in an engineering or
program-delivery environment.





* Excellent command of written English- precision, clarity, and the ability to
simplify complex technical concepts.

* Ability to work directly with engineers and SMEs to extract and structure
technical information.

* Robust project management skills; ability to manage multiple documentation
deliverables and deadlines simultaneously.

* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Word); familiarity with
documentation/collaboration tools (Confluence, Notion, SharePoint) and basic
layout/design tools.

* High attention to detail, especially around technical/factual accuracy and
formatting consistency.

Good to Have

* Prior experience writing for space, satellite, defence, or government-facing
organizations.

* Familiarity with project management artifacts and processes (design reviews,
PERT/Gantt charts, delivery and handover workflows).

* Basic understanding of contracts, procurement processes, or compliance/legal
