Role Description The Brand Procurement Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding brand partners that align with the company’s marketplace strategy. Day-to-day activities include managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts and commercial terms, overseeing procurement processes, and ensuring timely availability of products from key brands. The person in this role will collaborate closely with category, operations, finance, and technology teams to support competitive pricing, quality standards, and reliable supply.



The Brand Procurement Manager will also monitor market trends, assess brand performance, and recommend improvements to procurement strategies in line with business goals.
Qualifications
Strong procurement and supplier evaluation skills, with experience in sourcing and managing brand partners.
Proficiency in contract negotiation and contract management, including commercial terms, SLAs, and compliance.
Solid analytical skills to assess supplier performance, pricing, demand patterns, and market trends.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building abilities.
Experience in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG procurement is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Noida and collaborate in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
