About Us
People.market is a SocialFi platform built on Solana where creators launch their own personal token and build a community-owned economy around their work. Supporters invest early, earn tokens by completing real tasks, and share in the creator's upside directly on-chain.

The Role
We are looking for a Social Media & Community Manager to take full ownership of our social presence and community growth. You will be the voice of People.market across every platform and the first point of contact for our community. This is a high-ownership role at the earliest stage of a crypto startup, working directly with the founder.

What You Will Do
Own and manage all our social channels: X (Twitter), Instagram, Telegram, Discord and LinkedIn
Create, schedule and publish engaging content: posts, threads, memes, announcements and campaigns
Build, grow and manage our community across Telegram and Discord from the ground up
Drive user acquisition, engagement and brand awareness ahead of and after launch
Respond to user questions, guide recent users and keep the community active and healthy




Run community campaigns, giveaways and engagement programs
Track what works, report on growth metrics and double down on winning content
Stay on top of crypto, SocialFi and creator economy trends and conversations

What We Are Looking For
Proven experience managing social media and communities, ideally for a crypto, Web3 or consumer tech product
Strong understanding of crypto Twitter culture and how Web3 communities actually work
Excellent written English with the ability to write sharp, native-sounding content
Hands-on experience with Discord and Telegram community setup and moderation
Self-starter who can own a function end to end without hand-holding
Bonus: design skills, meme fluency, prior experience at a token launch or SocialFi project
