KRA

1. MIS & Management Reporting
Own and manage the overall MIS function across departments.
Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc MIS reports for management.
Develop standardized reporting formats, data structures, and reporting processes.
Ensure reports are accurate, timely, relevant, and aligned with management requirements.
Handle complex reporting and analysis requirements in a fast-paced business environment.
2. Business Intelligence & Dashboard Management
Design, develop, maintain, and continuously improve Power BI dashboards for management and departmental review.
Build interactive dashboards covering revenue, productivity, employee performance,



operational efficiency, and business KPIs.
Develop automated and scalable reporting solutions wherever possible.
Translate raw and complex datasets into clear, meaningful visualizations and management insights.
Ensure dashboard data integrity and consistency across reporting sources.
3. KPI & KRA Monitoring
Establish and monitor departmental KPIs and KRAs in coordination with management and department heads.
Track employee and departmental performance against defined targets.
Identify performance gaps, deviations, trends, and areas requiring corrective action.
Develop performance-monitoring dashboards and scorecards.
Provide periodic performance analysis to senior management.
4. Employee Productivity & Performance Analytics
Monitor employee productivity and performance across departments.
Analyze individual, team, and departmental performance trends.
Identify underperformance, productivity gaps, process ineffi
