Role Description The Influencer Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad. This role involves identifying, evaluating, and onboarding influencers across platforms, negotiating collaborations, and managing end-to-end influencer campaigns. The person in this role will design influencer strategies aligned with client goals, brief creators, oversee content production,



and ensure timely deliveries and approvals. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams (creative, social media, performance marketing), tracking campaign performance, reporting on results, and optimizing future campaigns based on data and insights. The Influencer Marketing Manager will also maintain strong relationships with influencers and agencies, stay current with social platform trends, and contribute to new campaign concepts and pitches.
Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in influencer marketing, including sourcing, negotiating, and managing creator collaborations.
