Job Summary
The Territory Sales Manager (BDM) will be responsible for generating qualified leads, connecting with business owners and decision-makers, understanding their business requirements, presenting suitable Kheewa Incorporation solutions, and converting prospects into clients.
The ideal candidate should have solid communication, sales, negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills, along with a strong desire to achieve business and revenue targets.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation
• Generate B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, references, networking,



digital platforms, and field visits.
• Identify MSMEs, manufacturers, traders, startups, exporters, and other potential business clients.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Research prospective companies before approaching them.
2. Client Acquisition
• Contact business owners, Directors, HR Heads, Sales Heads, and other decision-makers.
• Understand client requirements, challenges, and growth objectives.
• Present relevant Kheewa Incorporation services.
• Conduct meetings, demonstrations, and business presentations.
• Convert qualified prospects into paying clients.
3. Business Solutions Selling
Promote appropriate solutions from Kheewa Incorporation's service portfolio, including:
