Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for Soft Skill Trainers at the DDU-GKY Center in Kaushambi, U.P., with work location in Prayagraj. The trainer will conduct classroom sessions on soft skills, life skills, and workplace readiness for youth enrolled under DDU-GKY programs. Daily responsibilities include planning and delivering interactive lessons, preparing training materials, presentations, and activities, and assessing learner progress through tests, assignments, and feedback. The role involves mentoring learners on communication, teamwork, time management, and personal grooming, as well as maintaining training records, coordinating with center staff, and participating in review meetings.
