Role Overview
SGI School, Kolhapur is inviting applications for a energetic Mathematics Teacher to join our international curriculum team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience teaching Cambridge IGCSE and/or IBDP Mathematics, with a focus on conceptual understanding, problem-solving skills, and examination preparation.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging Mathematics lessons for IGCSE grades and/or IBDP (SL/HL) in line with curriculum standards.
Guide students through Cambridge/IB assessment criteria, coursework, and past-paper practice.
Differentiate instruction to support diverse learning needs and foster analytical thinking.
Collaborate with the department for lesson planning, assessments, and school events.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mathematics or a related field (B.Ed. preferred).
Proven teaching experience in Cambridge IGCSE or IBDP Mathematics.
Willingness to relocate to Kolhapur.
Ready to join immediately.
