Quality Control Head – Candle & Home Fragrance Manufacturing

Delta Exports is looking for an experienced Quality Control Head to lead the complete quality function at our candle manufacturing facility.

The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of candle production, export quality standards, vendor development and quality control of handicraft materials sourced from manufacturing clusters such as Moradabad, Firozabad, Saharanpur and Khurja.

This is a senior, hands-on role requiring close involvement in raw-material inspection, production quality, supplier quality, final shipment approval and corrective action implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the complete Quality Control team, including QC Executives and inspectors.
Establish and maintain quality standards for candles, home-fragrance products, packaging and handicraft components.
Conduct incoming material inspection,



vendor QC, in-process QC, pre-final inspection and final shipment inspection.
Ensure that every shipment meets buyer specifications, approved samples, testing requirements and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with production, merchandising, procurement, sampling, packaging and dispatch teams to ensure timely and quality-compliant shipments.
Manage the sampling and product-development quality process from initial prototype to bulk-production approval.
Prepare and maintain product specifications, approved standards, inspection reports, test records and quality documentation for every product.
Identify defects and quality risks during procurement, production, finishing, assembly and packing.
Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive action plans.
Monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions and ensure that quality issues do not recur.
