Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Vadodara for an International Business Development & Export Sales Manager.



The role involves identifying and developing new international markets and customers for frozen food and chemical/pharma export verticals, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing sales. The manager will prepare and execute business plans, design export strategies, and manage the full sales cycle, from enquiry handling and quotation preparation to contract negotiation and order finalization. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers and internal teams for pricing, product availability, documentation, CHA activities, and logistics to ensure timely and compliant shipments. The role also requires maintaining relationships with existing clients, tracking market trends and competitor activities, attending trade shows or buyer meetings as needed, and preparing regular sales and performance reports for management.
