Job Description: Business Development Associate

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, target-driven, and results-oriented Business Development Associate to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate should have solid communication and negotiation skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with prospective and existing clients.

The role will involve identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, engaging with prospects, pitching our services, negotiating deals, and supporting the overall client acquisition process.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

* Identify and research potential clients across relevant industries and markets.
* Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other channels.
* Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients.
* Conduct regular follow-ups to move prospects through the sales funnel.

Client Acquisition

* Connect with prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
* Identify opportunities to introduce relevant services and solutions.
* Convert qualified leads into clients through effective communication and relationship building.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and conversions.

3. Cold Calling & Outreach

* Conduct regular cold calls to potential clients and decision-makers.
* Introduce the company and its services in a clear and professional manner.
* Handle initial objections and identify genuine business opportunities.
* Follow up consistently with prospects to drive conversions.

4. Pitching & Business Presentations

* Prepare and deliver engaging sales pitches and presentations.
* Understand client requirements and tailor pitches accordingly.
