Key Responsibilities
Configure, implement, support, and enhance SAP FI and CO modules in SAP S/4HANA environments.
Work extensively on:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Asset Accounting (AA)
Cost Center Accounting
Profit Center Accounting
Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into SAP solutions.
Perform fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Participate in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate solutions.
Develop and maintain functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
Work closely with ABAP and other technical teams to ensure successful implementation of functional requirements.
Coordinate integration requirements between FI/CO and MM, SD, and PS modules.
Prepare and execute test scenarios, test cases, and support SIT/UAT activities.
Conduct user training and prepare functional documentation and process guides.




Collaborate with business users, technical teams, project managers, and other stakeholders.
Provide regular status updates and effectively manage client expectations.
Support continuous improvement and optimization of SAP financial processes.
Required Skills & Experience
Robust hands-on experience in SAP FICO (FI/CO).
Experience working on SAP S/4HANA implementations, support, and enhancements.
Strong configuration experience in:
GL
AP
AR
Asset Accounting
Cost Center Accounting
Profit Center Accounting
CO-PA
Strong understanding of FI/CO integration with MM, SD, and PS.
Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
Ability to prepare detailed functional specifications and work with technical/ABAP teams.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
