Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Jabalpur. The Salesperson will identify and qualify leads, present ADRSTechno’s software and digital solutions to prospective clients, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client meetings and product demos, preparing proposals and quotations, maintaining accurate sales records in CRM tools,



and following up with leads to build strong, long-term customer relationships. The role also involves collaborating closely with technical and project teams to align solutions with client needs, achieving sales targets, and contributing feedback to improve offerings and market positioning.
Qualifications
Solid sales and business development skills, including lead generation, consultative selling, and deal negotiation.
Ability to understand and explain software, web, and mobile app solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions.
Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with experience using CRM or sales tracking tools.
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Comfort working in an on-site, team-oriented environment and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
