Role Description The Senior Executive Compliance role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for monitoring and ensuring adherence to regulatory, statutory, and contractual requirements across facility and security operations. The Senior Executive Compliance will support the development and implementation of compliance policies, conduct regular audits and checks, maintain accurate records and reports,



and coordinate with internal teams to address non-compliance issues. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing documentation, tracking licenses and registrations, assisting in risk assessments, and supporting training initiatives related to compliance standards. The role also involves collaborating with management to continuously improve compliance processes and supporting client-facing compliance queries when needed.
Qualifications

Knowledge of compliance, regulatory frameworks, and statutory requirements relevant to facility management and security services.
Skills in documentation, reporting, and maintaining accurate compliance records and audit trails.
Ability to perform audits, assessments, and process reviews and to follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills to manage multiple compliance activities and deadlines.
