Overview of the position





We are looking for a Junior Compliance Analyst to support the delivery of our global ethics and compliance programme across the Middle East, Europe, UK and APAC, helping ensure our business grows responsibly and in line with applicable laws, internal policies and ofi’s values. This role will provide practical compliance support across core programme areas, including ethics and compliance training, monitoring and assurance, third-party due diligence, sanctions, conflicts of interest, whistleblowing processes, data privacy, anti-bribery and corruption, and trading compliance. You will work closely with regional and country teams, supporting implementation of global standards and helping identify, escalate and remediate compliance risks.
