Role Description The Admissions Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This position is responsible for guiding prospective learners through the admissions process, including responding to inquiries, explaining program offerings, and helping candidates choose courses aligned with their career goals. Day-to-day tasks include conducting phone and in-person consultations, following up with leads,



maintaining accurate records of applicant interactions, and supporting enrollment targets through structured outreach. The Admissions Counselor collaborates with academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and provides clear, supportive communication at every stage of the applicant journey.
