Role Description The Investment Compliance Specialist (CRD Migration) is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. The specialist will support the migration of investment compliance processes and data into CRD (Charles River Development), ensuring accuracy, regulatory adherence,



and alignment with firm-wide investment guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing existing investment rules, mapping them to CRD, validating test cases, and identifying discrepancies or gaps in compliance logic. The role involves collaborating closely with investment managers, operations teams, and technology stakeholders to clarify requirements, document procedures, and support user acceptance testing. The specialist will also monitor post-migration activities, prepare reports on compliance metrics, and contribute to continuous improvements in investment compliance workflows.
