Stock Management

Manage BSR receiving and ensure accurate ERP/SAP entries.

Ensure strict FIFO compliance and 100% material traceability.

Conduct inventory audits and maintain high stock accuracy.

Implement ABC classification and optimize warehouse space.

Packing Management

Drive packing development and productivity improvement.

Reduce packing consumable costs through optimization.

Implement alternate and sustainable packing solutions.

Ensure zero damage during transit.

Warehouse Operations

Manage inward, storage, and dispatch with OTIF focus.

Maintain 5S, EHS, and audit compliance (IATF/customer).

Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Logistics teams.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
