We are looking for a strategic and commercially driven Head of Talent Partnerships to lead our talent partnerships function and build strong, long-term relationships across the creator ecosystem.

The role will be responsible for scaling our creator network, strengthening relationships with creators, talent managers and agencies, driving commercial opportunities, and building a high-performing talent partnerships team.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall Talent Partnerships function, strategy, and growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with top creators, talent managers, agencies and other key industry stakeholders.
Identify, onboard and develop high-potential creators across categories and platforms.
Drive strategic and commercial partnerships with talent and management networks.
Own negotiations, commercials and partnership structures with creators and talent representatives.
Develop initiatives to increase creator engagement, retention and revenue contribution.




Identify new opportunities within the creator ecosystem and convert them into scalable business opportunities.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent and partnership opportunities.
Lead, mentor and manage the Talent Partnerships team, ensuring clear targets, ownership and performance.
Work closely with Business Development, Campaigns, Operations and Leadership teams to maximise creator-led business opportunities.
Track key performance metrics and provide regular insights and recommendations to leadership.
Represent Creators Gram at relevant industry events, meetings and creator ecosystem forums.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, media, entertainment or a related industry.
Strong understanding of the creator/influencer ecosystem and its commercial landscape.
Established relationships with creators, talent managers, agencies, and industry stakeholders.
