Job Highlights:
Role: Real Estate Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive
Experience: 1 – 3+ Years (Residential / Open Plots background)
Location: Patancheru, Hyderabad
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 / month + Attractive Performance Incentives
Job Type: Full time, On-site

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound client inquiries and diligently follow up on warm marketing leads.




Coordinate and conduct comprehensive site visits for prospective homebuyers at our project.
Present project features, amenities, floor plans, and pricing structures effectively.
Guide customers through negotiations, booking procedures, and documentation.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.

Candidate Profile:
Experience: 1 to 3+ years of proven track record in real estate sales.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills (Telugu & English).
Mobility: Must possess a two-wheeler for local client and site visits.
Availability: Goal-oriented mindset with immediate joining preferred.
