Appointment Setter Manager – Outbound Sales

Lead a 30+ Person Appointment-Setting Team

With 600+ active monthly clients and a team of 87+ professionals, we help businesses generate more leads, improve sales performance, and automate key business processes using AI. We are now looking for an experienced Appointment Setter Manager to take ownership of our outbound appointment-setting team of 30+ appointment setters.

What You'll Do:
1.Manage 30+ Appointment Setters
2.Own Training & Onboarding
3.Own Call Quality & QA
4.Drive Appointment Performance
5.Coach & Develop the Team
6.Reporting & Operations
7.Our appointment setters are expected to make approximately 100–150 outbound calls per day and target 6 qualified appointments per day.
8.You will be responsible for helping the team consistently achieve these targets while maintaining appointment quality.

What We're Looking For :




3+ years of experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, telemarketing, or BPO operations.
Previous hands-on experience as an outbound appointment setter.
Experience managing 20–30+ sales agents/setters.
Experience in a BPO/call-center environment.
Experience reviewing and QA'ing outbound sales calls.
Strong experience coaching sales agents based on call recordings.
Strong understanding of appointment-setting KPIs.
Excellent spoken English.
Strong leadership and people-management skills.
Comfortable working in a highly target-driven environment.
