Key Responsibilities :
Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable Java-based applications
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best coding practices
Analyze user requirements and convert them into functional specifications
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product, UI)
Participate in architecture discussions and system design
Ensure security, reliability, and scalability of applications
Maintain and improve existing systems by identifying bugs and enhancements

Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills:
Robust proficiency in Core Java (Java 8 and above)
Excellent understanding of:




-> OOP concepts (Encapsulation, Inheritance, Polymorphism, Abstraction)
-> Data Structures & Algorithms
-> Multithreading and Concurrency
-> Collections Framework
-> Exception Handling
Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot preferred)
Hands-on with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
Familiarity with Hibernate/JPA
Experience with build tools like Maven/Gradle
Strong debugging and performance tuning skills

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
Familiar with design patterns and system design principles
Experience in event-driven architecture / messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
Knowledge of frontend basics (HTML, JS, Angular/React) is a plus
