We are looking for a high-ownership Associate Director - Admissions to lead and scale the admissions operations function. The role requires strong operational depth, people management, process excellence, and the ability to deliver a seamless and high-quality experience for applicants and internal teams
.You will oversee the end-to-end admissions operations, guide the team, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant execution across the full lifecycle

Key Responsibilities:-
Own and drive the end-to-end admissions strategy, ensuring program-wise enrolment goals are met consistently.
Oversee the entire admissions funnel,



maintaining strong quality and conversion at every stage.
Lead, mentor, and develop the admissions team, owning performance management, capability building, and execution standards.
Partner closely with Marketing to optimize campaigns and ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads.
Deliver a premium applicant experience through quick, personalized, and professional communication across all touchpoints.
Ensure rigorous evaluations through structured tests, interviews, and a standardized selection process.
Monitor admissions dashboards and data daily to identify gaps, improve funnel efficiency, and drive timely interventions.
Strengthen SOPs, documentation, and compliance frameworks to ensure consistency and process discipline.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Academics, Finance, Careers, and Leadership to enable smooth, end-to-end execution.
