Role Description:
Manage a portfolio of 10–12 client accounts and ensure smooth execution through the team.
Review and supervise monthly society accounts.
Handle all society accounts, audit & other compliance requests.




Meeting with client (onsite or online).
Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
Conduct regular feedback calls with clients/members.
Lead and manage the accounts team effectively.
Handle client escalations and provide expert support to Accounts Executives.
Manage team requests and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor team performance and overall process efficiency.
Oversee onboarding of new societies and team members.
Any other reponsibilities delegated.

Requirements:
Solid communication and client management skills
Tech savy and able to operate accounting system rather than tally.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Experience in housing society accounting will be an added advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA) are an advantage.
