Trade Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:
1. Retail Execution Management
· Lead the Merchandiser and Promoter teams.
· Tertiary sale ownership of Promoted outlets
· Drive growth in Merchandised outlets through flawless execution
· Conduct market visits and coach field teams.
· Improve execution quality through audits and reviews.
3. In-Store Visibility & Merchandising
· Drive visibility initiatives (POSM, displays, shelf share)
· Ensure planogram adherence across outlets




· Monitor execution quality in General Trade & Modern Trade
2. Trade and Shopper Marketing management
· Plan and implement shopper marketing activities aligned with business objectives
· Support secondary sales growth through drives and campaigns
· Execute Festive campaigns, in-store promotions, samplings and activations
· Ensure effective rollout of current product launches
4. Market Intelligence & Reporting
· Track competitor activities and market trends
· Provide actionable insights to improve visibility and sales
· Share timely reports on activation effectiveness
Key Requirements:
· Graduate / MBA in Marketing preferred
· 5–8 years of experience in FMCG trade marketing
· Strong exposure to Kerala market
· Experience in handling promoters & merchandisers
· Good leadership and execution skills
