As a Project Manager - Control & Protection Refurbishment, you will play a key role in delivering modernization and refurbishment projects for High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) systems. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage project execution from proposal to completion, and collaborate with customers, suppliers, and engineering experts to ensure successful project delivery in terms of quality, cost, and schedule.

How You'll Make an Impact

Lead and manage Control & Protection refurbishment projects for HVDC transmission systems, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Prepare and manage technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and project execution plans.




Provide leadership and technical guidance to multidisciplinary engineering teams within Control & Protection hardware and auxiliary systems.
Coordinate closely with project management, engineering experts, suppliers, and customers throughout the project lifecycle.
Plan and control project activities including:
Technical concept development
Scope definition
Scheduling and milestone tracking
Resource planning
Cost estimation and controlling
Risk and opportunity management
Manage contracts, change requests, claims, and commercial negotiations with customers, partners, and suppliers.
Drive subcontractor management activities, ensuring compliance with project requirements and quality standards.
Conduct project reporting, information management, audits, process reviews, and design reviews.
Proactively identify opportunities for cost optimization and continuous improvement.
Ensure customer satisfaction through qualified stakeholder management and successful project closeout.
