5-9 years of total experience with at least 3 years in a similar position
Military / Paramilitary services, Police Services, etc., or allied services background

Special Skills/Attributes
(required for performing the job effectively)

Sound understanding of security operations in malls
Knowledge of statutory legislations pertaining to safety
Disaster Management techniques

Overall Purpose/Objective

Overall responsibility for ensuring that the centre is provided with a secure and secure environment.



Responsible for ensuring safety and security of people (customers, retailers, employees etc.), materials, physical assets/infrastructure both inside and outside the centre. Also, responsible for crisis management and be the first response for any emergency situation.

Key Responsibilities
(List major responsibilities, that you have, to achieve the key objectives)

Set safety standards in line with corporate standards, and regularly update policies and procedures to be followed at the Centre along with authorization and escalation levels defined
Formulate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and train different contingency teams such as Emergency Response Team (ERT), Fire Fighting Board, Evacuation Team, Medical Team, etc. to handle any emergency situation as may arise at the Center
Design, modify and regularly update the security manual to include all aspects of safety and security and ensure communication of the same to all retailers, internal depa
