About the Role
We're looking for someone who thinks like a brand custodian and works like a designer — someone with a strong eye for aesthetics, a graphic designer's skillset, and the ability to translate that into a consistent, elevated brand experience across digital and physical touchpoints. This is a hands-on role: you won't just design assets, you'll also manage and maintain our Shopify storefront, keep product pages current, and work closely with content, product development, our jewellery designer, and strategist to ensure every launch — especially bespoke and customised orders — lands smoothly and on-brand.
Key Responsibilities
Own and maintain Mesmerize's overall visual identity and aesthetic consistency across branding, website, packaging, campaigns, and social assets
Design and manage the Shopify website UI/UX, including layout, visual merchandising, and ongoing site upkeep
Upload, edit, and maintain product pages — ensuring accuracy, visual consistency, and brand alignment at all times
Create design collateral for campaigns and product launches,



with particular attention to bespoke and customised jewellery drops
Collaborate closely with the content team, product development team, jewellery designer, and strategist to plan and execute smooth, cohesive launches
Translate brand strategy into consistent visual language across all customer touchpoints
Use AI-assisted design tools to speed up iteration, mockups, and content workflows where helpful
What You Bring
Core requirements:
Proven experience as a graphic designer / brand designer, with strong command of aesthetics and visual storytelling
Working knowledge of UI/UX design principles, with the ability to design and refine website and product page layouts
Familiarity with Shopify is a must — comfortable navigating the admin panel, managing products/collections, apps, and general platform operations
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools
Comfortable incorporating AI
