Education: B.E. in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials Science, Polymer Engineering, or any related field

Job Responsibilities
Research and develop technical knowledge of Carbon Fibre, Glass Fibre, Aramid, Basalt, and other reinforcement materials, including their grades, specifications, forms, applications, and performance.

Study Epoxy, Polyester, Vinyl Ester, Phenolic, Polyurethane, and other resin systems with additives such as catalysts, pigments, fillers, and related materials.

Develop technical understanding and documentation of composite manufacturing processes, including Filament Winding, Pultrusion, RTM, VRTM, Vacuum Infusion, and Vacuum Bagging.

Identify and study existing and emerging Carbon Fibre, Glass Fibre, and FRP/GRP products, including their materials, manufacturing processes, specifications, applications, and target industries.





Conduct raw material price and cost research by analysing market prices of fibres, reinforcements, resins, chemicals, consumables, and other raw materials.

Develop knowledge of composite testing and inspection methods, including Tensile, Flexural, Compression, Impact, ILSS, Vf, DSC, and relevant ASTM/ISO standards.

Prepare technical reports, Excel databases, comparison sheets, and presentations to support product selection, technology evaluation, machinery investment, supplier selection, and future manufacturing strategies.
