About the Role -
We are looking for a Executive - Social Media (Communications & Events Executive) who will be responsible for managing day-to-day brand communication, social media coordination, events, exhibitions, and brand activations. The role requires someone who is highly organised, creative, and comfortable coordinating with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of social media, event management, content coordination, and brand communication, with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities-

Social Media & Digital Communication
Plan, coordinate, and execute social media content across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Coordinate with internal teams and creative/digital agencies for content development and timely publishing.




Develop and coordinate engaging content, captions, creatives, reels, videos, and other social media assets.
Maintain the social media calendar and ensure timely execution of planned content.
Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for relevant brand communication.
Track basic social media performance and prepare regular reports on engagement and reach.
Events & Exhibitions
Plan and coordinate exhibitions, trade shows, corporate events, dealer meets, product launches, and brand activations.
Coordinate with event agencies, vendors, fabricators, designers, production teams, and other external partners.
Manage event timelines, requirements, logistics, branding, stall setup, promotional material, and on-ground execution.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth participation and execution of events.
