Role Description The Area Sales Manager Surgery is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, responsible for driving sales and business growth for the company’s surgical product portfolio within the assigned territory. In this role, the individual manages existing accounts and develops new relationships with surgeons, hospital administrators,



purchase teams, and other healthcare professionals. Day-to-day activities include planning and executing sales visits, conducting product demonstrations, providing clinical and technical information, and ensuring timely follow-up on inquiries and orders. The Area Sales Manager monitors market trends and competitor activity, prepares sales forecasts and reports, and collaborates with internal teams to support marketing initiatives, pricing discussions, and after-sales service. The role also involves achieving sales targets, maintaining accurate customer records, and representing the company in conferences, workshops, and training programs as needed.
