Role Description The F&B; Captain & Steward role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage service operations, ensuring that service standards are consistently maintained, and coordinating with team members to deliver a smooth guest experience. Day-to-day tasks include supervising service staff, allocating and monitoring table assignments, supporting order taking and food delivery,



and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area. The F&B; Captain & Steward also handles guest interactions, resolves service-related concerns, communicates guest preferences to the kitchen and management, and assists with training new team members on service protocols and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
Supervisory Skills and experience managing small service teams in a restaurant, hotel, or similar F&B; setting
Strong Service Standards orientation, with the ability to implement and uphold quality, hygiene, and safety procedures
Hands-on Food Service skills, including table service, order coordination, and knowledge of basic F&B; operations
Customer Service and Communication skills to engage guests professionally, handle feedback, and collaborate effectively with colleagues
Previous experience in F&B; roles such as steward, server, or captain, preferably in a hotel or fine/casual dining s
