Role Description This is a full time, on-site Field Sales Engineer role based in Indore.



The Field Sales Engineer will visit industrial and commercial customer sites to understand technical requirements, propose suitable electrical and automation solutions, and demonstrate product capabilities. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, including lead generation, technical presentations, solution configuration, quotation preparation, and closing orders in line with company targets. The individual will maintain and grow key accounts, coordinate with internal engineering and service teams for project execution, and provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. Daily activities include market mapping, regular customer meetings, reporting sales activities, and staying current with product portfolios from partner brands and industry trends.
Qualifications
