Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Investment Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Investment Manager will oversee and optimize investment portfolios related to real estate and associated financial products, aligning strategies with Square Yards’ growth objectives. Responsibilities include conducting detailed financial and market analysis,



evaluating investment opportunities, developing and implementing investment strategies, and monitoring performance against benchmarks. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners, preparing investment reports and presentations, and supporting senior leadership with data-driven insights for decision-making. The Investment Manager is expected to maintain strong compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements while contributing to innovation in real estate investment solutions.
Qualifications
Robust foundation in Investment Management and Investments, with experience managing or advising on portfolios.
Robust Analytical Skills applied to financial modeling, market research, and risk assessment.
Practical knowledge of Investment Strategies and Finance, including asset allocation and valuation techniques.
