Role Description The Training and Quality Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining training programs that support operational excellence, compliance, and consistent performance across teams. The Training and Quality Manager will develop learning content, facilitate training sessions,



and track training effectiveness through defined metrics and feedback. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring quality standards, conducting audits and evaluations, analyzing performance data, and recommending process improvements. The role also involves partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations, and supporting leaders in building a culture of continuous learning and quality.
Qualifications
Experience in developing and managing training programs, including curriculum design, learning materials creation, and facilitation of in-person and virtual training sessions.
Background in quality management, with skills in setting quality benchmarks, conducting audits, performing root-cause analysis, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
Strong analytical and reporting abilities, including comfort with performance metrics, data in
