We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate recent customers and drive solar sales in the assigned territory. The role involves meeting customers, generating leads, conducting site visits, explaining solar solutions, and converting prospects into confirmed orders.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, local networking and other sources.
Meet potential customers and understand their solar requirements.
Explain solar products, pricing, benefits, financing options and installation process.
Conduct customer visits and coordinate for site surveys where required.
Follow up regularly with prospects and convert leads into sales.
Prepare and share quotations/proposals with customers.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve assigned monthly targets.
Build strong relationships with customers, local businesses, dealers and referral partners.
Identify new areas and customer segments for business development.
Coordinate with the Operations team after order confirmation for smooth project execution.




Follow up with customers for required documents, payments and other formalities.
Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM.
Submit daily reports covering calls, meetings, leads, site visits and conversions.
Handle basic customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.

Candidate Requirements
1–4 years of experience in field sales, preferably solar/renewable energy.
Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude can also be considered.
