About the Role
The Head of Data will own the enterprise data agenda and translate business priorities into a practical roadmap for platforms, analytics, governance, and advanced science. The role is responsible for shaping how data is collected, trusted, activated, and scaled across the organisation. It combines strategic leadership with hands-on oversight of architecture, tooling, and delivery standards. The successful leader will align multi-disciplinary teams around clear outcomes, create the conditions for self-service decision-making, and ensure data initiatives produce measurable business value.
