Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Manager – PEB Procurement to lead strategic procurement and supply-chain activities for PEB projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in steel sourcing, supplier development, commercial negotiations, cost reduction and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead strategic sourcing of structural steel and PEB-related materials.
• Manage supplier development,



evaluation and long-term vendor relationships.
• Drive commodity price management, cost reduction and commercial negotiations.
• Handle project/BOM-based procurement and ensure timely material availability.
• Optimize inventory levels and manage procurement-related supply risks.
• Monitor market trends and steel prices for effective sourcing decisions.
• Lead and mentor the procurement team.
• Coordinate with Projects, Planning, Production, Stores and Finance teams.
• Ensure procurement quality, cost and delivery targets are achieved.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain or related field.
• 12–18 years of relevant experience, preferably in PEB, Structural Steel, Steel Fabrication, Sandwich Panels, EPC or Heavy Engineering.
• Robust expertise in strategic steel sourcing and project procurement.
• Excellent negotiation, supplier management and cost optimization skills.
