Job Description
Develop and execute a market strategy for Existing Building Services.

Build relationships with:
Corporate Real estate groups
Facility Heads
Plant Heads
ESCO (Energy Service Companies)
MEP Contractors

Must be able to Identify opportunities during audits
Convert findings into paid retrofit projects
Pitch ROI (not just sustainability)
Build multi-year client relationships
Represent the company at industry forums, conclaves, and networking events
Lead multiple green building projects under: IGBC, GRIHA, LEED (Commercial, Factory, Campus, etc.)

Skills Required
Excellent communication, team collaboration, and presentation abilities




Experience in client engagement, collaboration, and providing tailored solutions
Solid project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
Passion towards sustainability
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and AutoCAD
Energy audits (commercial / industrial / campuses)
Existing building certifications (IGBC EB / LEED O+M)
Retrofit advisory (HVAC, lighting, controls, renewables)
Commissioning / retro-commissioning

Preferred (Not Mandatory)
Performance testing (IBR, HVAC efficiency, lighting levels)
Net Zero / decarbonization pathways
ESCO or performance contracting
Certified Energy Auditor (BEE)

5+ years in Preferred Segment
