Job Purpose:
The Senior Business Analyst & Solution Lead - Finance, Controlling & Treasury (SAP FI/CO)



serves as the Global SAP Finance Lead responsible for finance process ownership, SAP solution strategy, process transformation, governance, and ERP initiatives. The role acts as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving business transformation through SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA solutions while ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, operational excellence, and finance best practices. 15+ years SAP experience as BA, 10+ years SAP Finance Consulting, 3+ Global Implementations,1+ SAP S/4HANA Programme.
Business Analysis & Process Consulting
Lead workshops with Finance Leadership, Controllers, Treasury, Tax, Shared Service Centres, and External Auditors.
Gather and analyze business requirements.
Conduct current-state assessments and future-state process design.
Perform fit-gap analysis and business case development.
Drive process harmonization, optimization, and standardization initiatives.
