Role Description The Head of Production Department is a full time, on-site role based in Noida,



responsible for overseeing end-to-end production activities across CbS Technologies’ diverse product lines. The role includes planning and managing production schedules, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations, and optimizing resource utilization to meet delivery timelines. This position involves leading and mentoring production teams, coordinating with R&D;, design, procurement, and sales departments, and driving continuous improvement in processes and productivity. The Head of Production will monitor production budgets and costs, implement best practices for operations management, and report on key performance indicators to senior leadership. The role also requires addressing production issues proactively, ensuring compliance with certifications, and supporting scale-up for domestic and international orders.
