We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Conference Producer to join our team in Bengaluru. This role is ideal for someone with experience in agenda development, speaker engagement, or conference production—particularly within the finance, fintech, or related industries. The Conference Producer will play a crucial role in developing impactful event content, securing expert speakers,



and ensuring the overall success of our global expos.

Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth industry research to identify key trends, topics, and speakers relevant to our expos.
Develop and curate conference agendas, ensuring timely, topical, and engaging content.
Source and secure high-level speakers, panelists, and moderators from the financial and fintech industries.
Collaborate with internal departments to align conference content with overall event branding, marketing, and sales goals.
Manage speaker communications and logistics, ensuring a professional and seamless experience pre-event, onsite, and post-event.
Maintain and update speaker and agenda details across all event platforms and materials.
Support the on-site execution of conferences, ensuring sessions run smoothly and on schedule.
