Job Title: Hotel Accountant

Key Responsibilities:
Daily revenue verification and reconciliation.
OTA reconciliation (Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Agoda, etc.).
Verification of Front Office reports and Night Audit reports.
GST return preparation and filing.
TDS calculation, deduction, and filing.
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable management.
Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
Vendor invoice verification and processing of payments.
Petty cash monitoring and reconciliation.
Monthly closing of accounts and preparation of MIS reports.
Monitoring and follow-up of corporate receivables and outstanding payments.
Coordination with internal and statutory auditors.




Maintenance of accounting records and supporting documentation.
Ensuring compliance with all statutory and taxation requirements.
Preparation and submission of financial reports to management.
Verification of departmental expenses and inventory-related transactions.
Assisting in budget preparation and cost control initiatives.
Maintaining confidentiality of financial information and records.
Proficiency in accounting software, Tally, and MS Excel.
Previous experience in hotel accounting operations is mandatory.
