Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Development professional to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for our financial advisory and investment banking services. This is a strategic, client-facing role with direct exposure to the founding team and key decision-makers across industries.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients for investment banking and financial advisory services
Conduct in-depth market research to assess and develop new business opportunities
Initiate, schedule, and lead meetings with prospective clients to present Growthally’s service offerings and value proposition
Build, manage, and nurture long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners
Drive the sales pipeline through structured follow-ups and opportunity conversion
Prepare and maintain MIS reports, including lead tracking, perfor
