Planning, rate analysis, costing, tendering, and contractor finalization for all MEP-related tasks across residential, shopping mall, school, hotel, hospital, and various multi-story projects. Coordinating with MEP consultants, the civil team, and all MEP contractor, supervising ongoing MEP work at the site and ensuring completion according to established standards and quality requirements.
Additionally, maintaining all utility services, including internal and external electrification, HT/LT systems and electrical substations, HVAC systems, firefighting and fire detection systems, water distribution systems, STP and ETP, lifts/elevators and escalators, solar water heating systems, DG sets, etc.
