About Chanza
Chanza is a high-protein, plant-based food brand creating versatile products for restaurants, foodservice businesses and consumers. Our products are already used by several leading restaurants and restaurant chains across India in dishes such as starters, curries, wraps, salads and bowls.
As we expand our HORECA and foodservice presence, we are looking for experienced sales professionals who understand the restaurant industry and can help make Chanza a widely used ingredient across foodservice businesses.

About the Role
The role will drive Chanza's growth across restaurants, cafes, cloud kitchens, hotels, caterers and restaurant chains. The ideal candidate must have prior experience selling within the F&B;/HORECA industry, along with strong industry knowledge, relationships and an understanding of restaurant purchasing and decision-making.
We are open to mid-level and senior candidates. Greater experience, an established network and existing relationships with restaurant owners, chefs, purchase teams and other F&B; decision-makers will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities




• Identify and approach restaurants, chains, cafes, cloud kitchens, hotels, caterers and other foodservice businesses.
• Build a strong sales pipeline; connect with owners, chefs, procurement teams and purchase managers.
• Introduce Chanza, explain its applications and commercial advantages, and arrange trials or tastings.
• Convert trials and discussions into recurring orders and build long-term customer relationships.
• Manage existing restaurant partners, follow up on repeat requirements, feedback and operational concerns.
• Coordinate internally to ensure orders, samples and trials are processed and dispatched correctly and on time, while keeping
customers updated where required.
• Represent Chanza at relevant exhibitions, trade shows and occasional customer-facing pop-ups, including events aimed at
restaurant leads and partnerships.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings
